Reloop engages in a fixed project period. We are rewarded on the results generated in the Reloop Process; ensuring that enduring results-focused processes are in place in the online business at the end of each project period.

This unique project-based consulting model provides a shared incentive, where the full consulting fee is only paid out if the project goals are reached.

The Reloop Process consists of 5 phases; Roadmap, Implementation, In-sourcing, Optimization, and Hand-over.

The first of the five phases in The Reloop Process is the Roadmap, a situational analysis based on existing strategy and organization, where we deliver a plan for the project.

In the Implementation phase, technologies are implemented, roles and responsibilities are defined and processes are created.

When the Implementation is in place, In-sourcing & Evaluation ensure that the right skills and knowledge are infused into the organization. Progressively, the knowledge and processes are transferred into routines in the client organization.

In the Optimizing & Evaluation phase, performance is tested with performance control (are we doing the right thing?) and activity control (are we doing the things right?). After a fine tuning process, we focus on scaling and prioritizing best practice.

Reloop hands over improved ongoing performance and processes into the client’s organization. In this phase, we document all activities, processes and results. Our client gets a hand-over with continued online performance, independently of consultants.
